"1968" met Dirk van Dijk en Frans de Graaff: De tiener van toen kwam in Twente goed aan z’n trekken: in elke stad (en dorp!) had je diverse clubs waar live werd opgetreden door regionale bands. In Hengelo had je bijvoorbeeld de Rootie-Tootie Club en de Easy-Beat, en er was zelfs een Cavern. In Enschede waren de Eastern Star Club en De Boerderij behoorlijk populair. En daar traden natuurlijk The Honest Men op, de trots van Enschede, die volgens kenners, maar dat mag je niet hardop zeggen, beter zongen dan The Buffoons…...
